Cyclone leaves destruction in its path, but the ladies and the orphans are safe!
The world says it is incredible. But we believe God answers prayer! The worst cyclone to hit India in the last 14 years shifted course and the two ladies working with the orphans remained safe, Praise the Lord! Thank you for your prayers.
One million people were forced to seek refuge in shelters after the terrifying cyclone struck eastern India on Saturday, killing at least 22 people and leaving a trail of destruction along the coast. The death toll is extremely low considering the strength of the storm and the intensity of 125 mph winds that struck. But God has spared the biggest part of the state of Andhra Pradesh and we are grateful.
Please pray for those from the state of Orissa who have lost everything. Pray for Christians there. They already face persecution in their state and need the help of the Lord. Pray that God will break through and give great witness through the lives of His servants.
